Our HIIT style classes are 30 minutes High Intensity with active recovery to burn twice the calories in half the time and will keep your metabolism running high, BURNING EVEN MORE CALORIES up to 36 hours after your workout! During classes such as Body Blitz, your heart rate will be spiked, you will be challenged, pushed to your limits, build strength and burn calories. This combined with a good nutrition plan (NOT DIET) is the formula for fat loss.
One thing that keeps our members coming consistently is the community we've built. When you find a routine that works for you, you realize it works well for others that are just like you! You will make friends with members that encourage you, push you, and like the coaches, will even hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself.
