Body Blitz:
This is our most popular class! HIIT style workout that changes every day. It will hit every muscle group.
Cardio Kickboxing:
A beat based class that involves kickboxing moves such as kicks, punches and more. This will shoot your heart rate up while having a blast! Stays the same week to week to make it easier to follow.
Pilates:
Lower intensity class to target your core. Here, we will work on smaller muscles and functional training. Finished with 5-10 minutes of stretching. Barre: Similar to Pilates but a bit more fun. Small, intrinsic muscles being worked in a music based class. This class repeats itself more often to get the most out of those minor muscles.
Box & Blitz:
This is another kickboxing class. Except more circuit style. You will get to punch and kick the bags as you move from station to station. Higher intensity with more recovery times scheduled in.
Road to Recovery:
As the name suggest, this is a great recovery class. With something new each session, we practice stretching and myofascia rolling (ie. foam rolling or trigger targeting with a tune up ball). Our coaches know that not everyone is flexible and that is OKAY!! We will modify to fit your needs.
Beginner Yoga:
Not Flexible? Have little balance? That's okay! You can still do yoga. This class is designed to introduce people to yoga who aren't yogis. Modifications for anything so you will get what is best for you!
Bootcamp:
Same class as Body Blitz. The difference is that Bootcamp last a full hour.

A great way to get started with your weight loss journey. Our trainers will coach you through proper movement patterns, heart rate intensity, longevity, and of course Nutrition.
Many people start personal training after injuries or surgeries. A big part of wellness is feeling your best. Dealing with back, knee, or shoulder pain prevents that. Our trainers will coach you through safe form that will get you healthy avoiding common aches and pains.
You might notice some of the things you used to do with ease aren't so easy anymore. You might also notice stiffness is much more common. It doesn't have to be this way. We have members over the age of 50 running marathons and setting personal records for push ups and pull ups!
Athletes can't do what they love to do when they are burdened down with injuries. Our training plan is designed to maximize results while decreasing the risk for injuries. It is our goal to send as many athletes to college on scholarship as possible. We know that won't happen with unhealthy joints (shoulder, knee, back pain). Let us help to strengthen your underworked muscles and we heal, stretch and recover your overworked muscle!
Whether you have travel limitations or physical limitations, your body is still in need of consistent and safe movement. Our coaches can be the missing link to your healthy lifestyle! With options of One-on-One Zoom Training or Custom Written Workout Plan, you can train with the supervision of an elite level Personal Trainer or be as flexible with your time as you would like. Both with extra accountability and guidance on nutrition, you will have all the tools you need for success.

Hands on Stretching is a great way to recover and may be the missing link to your tight muscles and achey joints. We know how hard you work and the stiffness that can follow. Stretching on your own is great, but sometimes it's just not enough! Allowing a Certified Coach to stretch you, your body can relax and release more than it would if you were actively stretching.
