Hands on Stretching is a great way to recover and may be the missing link to your tight muscles and achey joints. We know how hard you work and the stiffness that can follow. Stretching on your own is great, but sometimes it's just not enough! Allowing a Certified Coach to stretch you, your body can relax and release more than it would if you were actively stretching.
