Our clientele ranges from athletes to active agers and everywhere in between. We are looking for trainers who are great with people, communication skills, and want to make an impact in our community's health
We will teach you everything you need to become a great trainer. You will just need an encouraging and outgoing personality, and a basic understanding of fitness. We will teach you the rest!

A great way to get started with your weight loss journey. Our trainers will coach you through proper movement patterns, heart rate intensity, longevity, and of course Nutrition.
Many people start personal training after injuries or surgeries. A big part of wellness is feeling your best. Dealing with back, knee, foot or shoulder pain prevents that. Our personal trainers will coach you through a workout with safe form that will get you healthy avoiding common aches and pains.
You might notice some of the things you used to do with ease aren't so easy anymore. You might also notice stiffness is much more common. It doesn't have to be this way. We have members over the age of 50 running marathons and setting personal records for push ups and pull ups!
Our members start personal training for many reasons. Many have been recommended by doctors and physical therapists, some of our members started to prevent the natural affects of aging, and other just want to become the best version of themselves.
The main difference between Personal Training and Group Training is the attention to detail you get with our Certified Personal Trainers. The attention to details allows us to dive deeper into what is really happening with your body; meaning, figuring out what muscles might be compensating for others that can causes muscle imbalances and joint pain to correct, or keeping your movement patterns appropriate for your body . The second main reason members opt for Personal Training over Group Training is the accountability aspect. Meeting someone at a certain time will hold you more accountable than coming to a class with 5-16 people. We even train former trainers who know what to do but just need that extra push and someone to meet at an agreed upon time.

Working with our Certified Personal Trainers is a great why to keep you safe as we push you past your limits. Our trainers will write workouts specifically for you and your goals. The workouts will be modified for your fitness levels to ensure you get the most out of every training session.
