Group Training

We offer over 30 class options for you throughout the week to fit your busy schedule. Most classes are 30 minutes, designed to maximize fat loss as you improve strength and balance. There are a million reasons to start Group Training, including fat burning, improvement of overall health, to prevent joint pain, to delay the affects of aging, or to just stay active and have fun!


Our classes are instructed by trainers certified in Personal Training and Group Training with modifications for every exercise. This allows us to ensure you get the highest quality training every session as you are exercising safe!!


The main reason members decide on Group Training over Personal Training is the connivence of the schedule. They find times that consistently work for them throughout the week or just pop in when they free their schedule (often Realestate agents or busy parents). It is also more cost effective if there aren't other specific reasons you would need personal training. Class members are offered discounted personal training sessions as needed.

If you find your "Why", your bigger purpose for why you started, your purpose can push you through more than you ever thought was possible. Working in classes with our Certified Personal Trainers is a great why to keep you safe as we push you past your limits. We also offer modifications for every workout to match almost every fitness levels!

Working out can definitely be fun, but we know its more fun with friends! Meet some wonderful people in group classes or bring your friends to encourage you along the way. Members get 7 days passes for friends and family.
