Try out our signature class, Body Blitz. This strength based class changes up everyday, every week, always giving you something new! We incorporate resistance, cardio, stability, and mobility.
Come get your sweat on with this fun, choreographed Kickboxing workout. 30 minutes will leave you with endorphins high and a smile on your face!
Don't underestimate the value of recovery classes! If you goal is to burn fat, build strength, move better or feel better, this class will help you along your journey! We spend 30 minutes with stretching and myofascial rolling to help you recovery from the intentional damage we've done to your muscles in the other classes.
This is a circuit HIIT class that incorporates boxing combos with strength training. The goal is the class is to spike the heart rate, train supportive muscles, and have fun while taking your weekly frustrations out on the bag!


Body Blitz is a 30 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout class. This is our signature class that shows up most on the schedule. As our most popular class, we recommend taking it 3+ times a week to maximize fat loss. Classes will include cardio, weights, compound movements, and stability training.
Pilates is a great way to tone common trouble area, hips and core, more specifically. This is a low intensity, no impact class, great for those who aren't yet comfortable getting their heart rate in the higher intensity zones or jumping up and down. We focus on getting a great burn on abs and glutes mainly as well as training the function of those smaller intrinsic muscles that might not get the love and attention they deserve. On top of strength and stability, we spend the last portion of class working on mobility and recovery.
Barre is a full-body strength session driven by elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional training. Barre uses light weights, bands, mat work and small, controlled movements to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. This class is a great restorative class to add in your routine. Yes it will work your muscles and give you that wonderful soreness sensation, but restorative in the fact that it is lower intensity no impact.
Kickboxing is a fun, music-based format driven by basic kickboxing and cardio movements. This upbeat class will get you sweating, but we promise, you will have fun doing so! Come and punch out some stress with us!
As the name suggest, this is a great recovery class. With something new each session, we practice stretching and myofascia rolling (ie. foam rolling or trigger targeting with a tune up ball). Our coaches know that not everyone is flexible and that is OKAY!! We will modify to fit your needs.
This is a high intensity circuit workout. We have 12 stations around the room, from punching bags, body weight exercises, dumbbells, and cables, that will leave you sweaty and smiling! You will have fun, work off frustrations, and get a great full body pump in just 30 minutes.
Bootcamp is designed the same as body blitz. The main difference is that instead of 30 minutes, it is an hour long! This increases stamina even more than our Body Blitz, with a heavier focus on strength training, if you are ready to take it up another notch!
We offer over 30 class options for you throughout the week to fit your busy schedule. Most classes are 30 minutes, designed to maximize fat loss as you improve strength and balance. There are a million reasons to start Group Training, including fat burning, improvement of overall health, to prevent joint pain, to delay the affects of aging, or to just stay active and have fun!
Our classes are instructed by trainers certified in Personal Training and Group Training with modifications for every exercise. This allows us to ensure you get the highest quality training every session as you are exercising safe!!
The main reason members decide on Group Training over Personal Training is the connivence of the schedule. They find times that consistently work for them throughout the week or just pop in when they free their schedule (often business owners, real estate agents or busy parents). It is also more cost effective if there aren't other specific reasons you would need personal training.
If you find your "Why", your bigger purpose for why you started, your purpose can push you through more than you ever thought was possible. Working out in classes with Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Group Fitness Instructors is a great why to keep you safe as we push you past your limits. We also offer modifications for every workout to match almost every fitness levels!
